H.E. Eng. Moisés Abraham Molina Guillén
H.E. Eng. Moisés Abraham Molina Guillén is an Agronomist who graduated from the University of Monterrey, Mexico, and holds a Master's Degree in International Relations and Foreign Trade.
He currently serves as the Secretary of State for Agriculture and Livestock of Honduras. He has an extensive and distinguished career in the agricultural sector, having held senior leadership positions at both the national and regional levels. He previously served as Deputy Minister of Agriculture (2014–2015).
He also served as the Resident Representative of OIRSA (International Regional Organization for Plant and Animal Health) in Honduras, where he distinguished himself through his work in agricultural and livestock health, food security, biosecurity, and institutional strengthening. His professional experience also includes leading agribusiness enterprises and managing agricultural development programs, establishing himself as a recognized leader in public policy and the strengthening of the agri-food sector.
